Mission Statement
We are a private Restaurant Development and Management Group operating in Upstate New York, with goals to expand our restaurants throughout the State of New York and beyond. As a multi-unit organization, with two concepts (as of today), our mission is to abide by the highest values and standards, while remaining unique and special within the community and the workplace.

We have primary goals to help set forth such development:

These individuals must be determined to better themselves and those they surround. All staff members must possess a love for food and wine, and for the art of entertaining. The strength of each individual is the core value that supports growth for the company. Management and staff must share a professional atmosphere, culinary knowledge and a genuine sense of hospitality.

We carefully select our menu items to provide the freshest products served in an authentic, yet unique way.
Our menus are dedicated to the authentic tastes of regional cuisines. A view of our kitchens will show the dedication of our culinary teams to provide made from scratch products, from soups to desserts and all in between.

From the architectural design, art displays, and rich mahogany furniture pieces, we seek to create an atmosphere that is sophisticated yet comfortable.
